Kayu Village Resort – Pererenan
Located less than five-minutes walk from Pererenan Beach, Kayu Village’s enviable location provides guests with the ‘best of both worlds’. Our resort is set back from Pererenan’s main beach road, amongst lush private gardens, yet within easy walking distance to some of Canggu’s best cafes, restaurants and shops. Our 12 traditional-style wooden bungalows have been lovingly refurbished with luxurious natural finishings and furniture, whilst maintaining a cosy and relaxing simplicity.
In our opinion, the best villa to rent. Strategic location, close to everything you want. Excellent service. And truly beautiful rooms.
Simply fantastic! We couldn't have wished for a better stay. The location was fantastic – quiet yet close to everything. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was simply top-notch. The breakfast was an absolute delight: fresh croissants, butter, toast, eggs, cereal, plus coffee and a variety of juices – perfect for a great start to the day. The staff was warm and incredibly helpful; we immediately felt welcome. The pool was wonderful for relaxing, and there was even scooter parking available. Thank you so much for letting us stay here – we will definitely be back!
We loved our stay in Kayu Village. It was a perfect, calm, beautiful place to arrive for the first part of our trip to Bali. The room was lovely! And the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent every day and they had the best quality coffee, yoghurt and croissants as well as other things available.Only one comment would be the inside/outside bathroom which just had a classic ‘hot and humid country smell’. It wasn’t the freshest smell, however our room was perfectly clean and smelled fine. We would definitely come back.
The location is great and the staff are friendly! The room itself is nice and private (though it's a bit dark!). A shower is a must!
Perhaps because I'd already experienced many other hotels in Bali, the small, dark room felt a bit stuffy. I couldn't even open the door for fear of bugs coming in. The bathroom was spacious and nice, but the top wasn't completely sealed, so some mosquitoes came in. Overall, it was clean. If you want some quiet solitude, it's fine.
Really beautiful place. Truly a hidden gem. We enjoyed our time really much. Canggu has come a little bit crowdy tho, but in Kayu Village you won’t really notice this and can come to peace. Thanks for the great few days.
The room is very cute and cozy, but there are quite a lot of insects like mosquitos and spiders in the bathroom. But staff were very helpful, and especially Komang was super kind and friendly !
Kayu Village is a hidden gem in Canggu! Clean rooms and an amazing staff. A big thanks to Ida and Komang for their exceptional help during check-in and check-out.Highly recommend for a cozy and welcoming stay!
It was a wonderful experience! The rooms are stunning, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. Ida and Coma were especially helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. Their kindness made our stay even more enjoyable.
A very good stay experience. We stayed for two nights. It was very quiet at night and we were woken up by birds every morning.There will also be electric mosquito coils in the room, so you will not be disturbed by mosquitoes and bugs.The guy at the front desk is also very interested in Chinese culture. He has taught himself Chinese and can communicate fluently and easily. He is very good.All in all, it is highly recommended
It’s hard to think of a better introduction to being in Bali than staying here in these beautiful traditional rooms with everything you would need whilst being looked after by the most amazing team. Breakfast is delightful and the location is perfect.Big shoutout to Komang who is a shining light every time he sees us. A little paradise !The hotel is so cute, clean and beautiful.The staff are very attentive to their guests' needs.The pool is magnificent.What's more, the location is perfect: you'll find restaurants, stores, etc. right next door.I stayed there during the Christmas period, and on Christmas Eve morning, the entire staff prepared a special Christmas breakfast for us, and even gave us little presents ! They're so adorable.Finally, during my 2-month stay here in Bali, I had one of my best encounters in Kayu village: KOMANG !! So smiling and caring.I recommend it 100% and would come back without hesitation.Thanks for everything.
We had a beautiful stay at Kayu Village! Everything was perfect!! The garden is amazing and the plants give a lot of privacy to your room. The staff is very polite! The place is quiet and there is a very nice and clean pool.. if you need you can rent a scooter directly here.. wifi connection is great .. it is very close to a lot of restaurants and to the beach. Simply the perfect place to stay in Canggu. Thank you to all the staff !! We hope to be back soon. 🙂
